Part 1 — Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms govern all purchases made through helionyxlabs.co.uk, operated by Helionyx Labs Ltd (Company No. 17221818). By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase. Certain products carry additional eligibility requirements detailed at checkout.

3.1 General Products

Supplements, vitamins, protein powders, and merchandise are sold for general health and personal use. Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.

3.2 Research Compounds

Research compounds are strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human consumption. Not approved by the MHRA or any regulatory authority for therapeutic use. A checkout acknowledgement is required before purchase.

4. Pricing

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Login-gated pricing is available to verified account holders.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are offers to purchase. We may decline at our discretion. Payments processed via Stripe. Card details are not stored by us.

6. Shipping

Dispatched within 2-3 business days. UK Standard £3.99 | UK Express £6.99 | EU £12.99 | US £14.99. International customers are responsible for customs duties.

7. Returns and Refunds

Cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email contact@helionyxlabs.co.uk. Research compounds are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds issued within 14 days of return receipt.

8. Subscriptions

Monthly billing. Cancel anytime before next billing date. No refunds for part-used periods. 30 days notice for price changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to order value. No liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing death or injury, or for fraud.

10. Governing Law

Governed by English law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Part 2 — Research Compound Disclaimer

All research compounds are for in vitro scientific research only. Not for human or animal consumption. Not evaluated by the MHRA or FDA for human use.

By purchasing you confirm: (a) you are a qualified research professional; (b) products will be used in a licensed laboratory setting; (c) you accept full responsibility for legal compliance; (d) you will not use products for human consumption.
